Our Executive team
Kemi Adeyanju
Kemi Adeyanju is a strategic public policy executive specialising in AI regulation, digital infrastructure, and privacy governance across more than 33 countries. As Director at Aetheris Consult Ltd., she advises regulators and global technology firms on responsible AI and privacy-by-design strategies for complex digital ecosystems, including regulatory governance on subsea cables, LEO satellites, and hyper scale data centers. With over 15 years of international leadership experience, Kemi has advanced cross-border regulatory alignment for projects such as the over a billion 2Africa subsea cable, connecting over 1billion people. She previously held senior policy roles at Meta Platforms Inc., SubCom LLC, and MainOne (Equinix).
She holds an MSc in International Management from the University of Liverpool, an LL.M from the University of Lagos, and a Certificate in Sustainability &Corporate Governance from the London Business School, Public Policy from the University of Virginia. She is also Co‑Founder of ASEF Africa and a UN UK Women (CSW69)delegate.
